aaaaaawwwww very sleepy degus , they are really cute pictures and what a moment to have captured

Aw! Cute! I wish my degus got sleepy...they're contantly running around, LOL. I've never seen them sleep before O_O.

Mine do too, they like to cat nap at regular intervals my older one Basil especially, he sleeps on the top of his sand house and sometimes he is that far gone he falls off and then runs off like nothing has happened

Thats very true but so do rats I kept rats for years and its only in last year that i haven't had any but personally for me degus make much more rewarding pets than rats and i adore rats they are one of my favourite creatures, just for me degus have a slight edge on rats but i suppose its each to their own. Degus are very gentle though on a whole
