Cheekpouches - A Puzzle

Hi again everyone.

Okay, the hamster I'd posted about earlier, Cameron, may or may not have an issue. Oh, also, I've determined that he's actually a Dwarf hamster, not a Syrian (got that out of the way!)

This morning I took him out of his cage to play for a few minutes, and I noticed both his cheekpouches were protruding and somewhat hard. I don't know if he's just got both of them packed full, or if there is an actual problem. (remember, I'm just now learning about hammys.) He didn't come out yesterday so I don't know if they were like this yesterday or not, but they were not like this two days ago.

any suggestions, comments, !!!!

Thanks again,
Charlotte

May have had them full. They can even look like they have a disproportioned head when they have the pouches full, and the food they eat is kinda hard... lol. Frank sometimes slept with his pouches full, and he just munched between naps... lol. Keep checking her out to make sure that she's taking the stuff out every now and then...
