dried mealworms

hiya i know dwarf hamsters are omnivore and can eat mealworms but does anyone know if they can eat dried mealworms because i don't want live ones wriggling round the cage

They should be fine.

Live ones can be put in a smooth sided bowl.

to be honest i had never thought about smooth sided bowls i used to use them for my lizard
