Question Dwarf hamster change of sleeping habits.

Maybe i am just being paranoid but before when my hamster had a wire cage, she would be more active during the day and still active at night. Now everytime i look in her new cage, she seems to be sleeping all the time but i know she excersises since every week her wheel is dirty. She only starts waking up when i clean her cage and give her new bedding and food and water. Is this normal or is she sick or something?

Question

I don't know. How old is your dwarf?

Maybe she didn't have enough peace and quiet during the day with the first one?

It's normal for Dwarf Hamsters to be active at night (which would explain how she could be using the wheel while you are sleeping) and sleep during the day. They are nocturnal.
