Hamster issues

My daughters hamster has developed what looks like tumors on her underside and we noticed her teeth are missing tonight. What could cause this?

Well, she could've hit her tooth on a bar and it could've came out, as for the mass, deff. a vet. They can answer it better then I can.

If its under her chin it sounds like a pouch abcess. Is it hard or soft? Abcess can be easily drained, and the tooth may have caused it. It could have cut the pouch and the cut got infected causing the abcess. I would feed her on softened food until the tooth grows back. The vet is a must. It could be a cyst or a tumor and could be removed depending on the location and size.
