Help concerning baby hamster

So, hey, I never knew about this place, pretty cool!

So, my hamster whom I bought about.... just over a month or so ago gave birth 3 weeks ago.

One of the babies is a runt, she had 7, all 7 lived, but one is like half the size of the others.
I'm growing concerned about him, mainly due to the fact that he has had diarrhea since being weaned from momma, so I took the other babies out and just let him have time with momma, nothing changed so I took him to the wet who then prescribed Dri-tail, and he was promptly medicated.

Except, he doesn't have the symptoms, and never has.
He's eating and drinking just fine.. but.. the diarrhea just won't stop.

What could it be, and what can I do to help him?
I took away all vegetables from his diet, so he only gets seeds and stuff, I just don't know what else to do for him.

Any suggestions?

He's been like this for about 6 days now.

It could be the kind of diet he is on? I am sorry,I don't know.
Could you take him back to the vet and get another opinion? The rest of the hamsters are fine?

He's been on them for about 4 days now. There has been slight improvment, but not much.. But he's not getting worse, either.

I'm going to take him to the vet again and have him looked at, but other than that, all of the other hamsters are perfectly fine.

I was thinking maybe it could be diet, but i'm also thinking that it could be the fact that he's just being weaned from his mom?
