Or possibly a place that I can play with her without worrying about her getting away?? I usually play with her on the floor, but she can run so fast and she tries to get away :/

I'm not sure if you have a Wal-Mart store near you or not, but they sell pens for small rodents like hamsters and mice and whatnot. I've never used one, but I've wanted to try it out. And if you're not close to a Wal-Mart, these pens are around and you could probably find one online. Hamsters don't jump like gerbils, but they climb. But, with a pen you can catch them so much easier...or I'd guess. Sorry if that wasn't much help! Oh, and if you haven't tried paper towel cardboard as a toy you probably should because hamsters like that.

You could let her run around in the bath tub. Plug it first though.

I agree with the tub idea.
When I had a hamster,I would set the bathtub up as a little playground and add things like cardboard boxes,ramps,tubes...things like that.
