Molting Progress - MANY pictures

Hey Everyone,

Just thought I would share with you my girls Molting Progress, from when i got them till now.

Malibu @ 4 weeks


Solara @ 5 weeks

What happend to that cute little Spotted Ornage gerbil I had LOL

Yes, some gerbil colour molt more dramatic then others, Nutmeg being the most extreme.
Most gerbils molt as they grow older, or at the changing seasons, but it's not usually very notice able.

I got a young male siamese and very successfully intro'd him to a lone sapphire, a nervous guy. I was lucky - they were buddies right off!

I have gerbils and I never noticed them molting, is this with just some gerbils and not others? I have lilacs and doves.
