My 3 month old female Hamster looks like she has a tumor on her snout.

I have 7 female hamsters and the other day a couple of them where fighting and the next morning, I noticed that 1 of them has developed what I first thought was a swallen snout and a black eye. It's only on the right side. I took her out and looked at her closely and noticed that her snout was swallen. She also makes popping noises like she might have the hiccups. She does eat & drink & play around normally. Her eye however does close at times. I recently came to a conclusion that it might be a tumor. I checked her teeth and found that the look jagged, like she must've of broken them on something. I am very concerned that she will get worse. She comes from a litter of eleven. If you count the mother, I have 12.

Take her to a vet.

What species of hamster are these, anyways? It sounds like you need to separate them if they're fighting like that.
