Need a bit of advice...

So just a few minuites ago I noticed my had her head hung out of her 'house' window. I went over and tapped the bars of her cage but she didnt even flinch, naturally this worried me. I opened up her cage and stroked her nose and she moved her head and slowly began to open her eyes, it took her almost two miniutes! I took her out of her 'house' and she walked around on my arm a bit, she seemed fine now but I checked her over anyways. Her teeth are fine, claws and paws are fine, no visible cuts or lumps, clean butt ect... I checked her cage though and what worries me is that she has not eaten as much as usual and has slight diohhorea (her poops are solid but the ends look liquid) but she has been drinking normally. When I put her back in her cage she acted fine except if a noise shocked she stayed still as hamsters do only she stayed in the same position from about 30secs to two miniutes which is not normal. Any ideas whats wrong?

She is currently eating harry hamster food thats modified by me. I take out all colored or shaped pellets and any pumpkin seeds and peanuts. I give her some pumpkin seed or peanut twice a week but the bad pellets go straight in the bin

Is she depressed, maybe? Do you take her out often and play with her? Does she have an exercise wheel in her cage? She could be depressed/bored, it doesn't really sound like malnutrition to me. I had a hamster that was dying of malnutrition in my hands, and I gave him some applesauce, hoping the sugar would give him a blast of sugar/energy, and he pepped right up.

So - does she have a wheel in her cage and do you take her out often?

Yep, she has a wheel, a tube and a climbing frame in her cage. In the evening she gets 30mins play time then she goes in her ball for an hour or two. Im going to get her a new, larger cage soon. Right now she has a decent sized two level one but its not got of space to put things like hanging toys and the ramp does take up some space so hopefully this will help

If your house is too cold she could be going into hibernation.

My house is quite warm, plus I have a fleece over her cage to keep her extra warm, thanks for the link though
