Unhappy precious died

Hey everyone i just found my top open to my cage and my gerbils were so scared..my aunt looked at skys tail and she had beeding on it.....Precious wans tanywhere to be found and i found her head only and she was gone ( i hate my cat so much please pray for my babys

Is there a room you could keep your gerbils in that the cat cannot get in?

I agree - I'd move your gerbils.

And get a Tank with a safe locking top, this is not the first time you have mentioned your cat has gotten into the cage.

thank you all so much, i know i am the one who left my cage open i mean we all forget.. sky knows not to get on the cage and she did. she did what her cat instinks told her to do. I cryed all day yesterday, some people cant really uunderstand why i did cry but this baby was spaz and nibbles only baby they had and we didnt think she would live and she did i mean she made it so far and i was showing everyone a picture of her on my grams cell phone and i really got attached. So everyone thank you alot. this is not the first animal that has died that i know, my snake corona died but i didnt get attached to him. But thank you all so much...

Sorry to hear it.. I think since the animals are in your care the most responsible decision is to put the animals where their safety and well being comes first, even if it may be in a different home. I'm sorry to hear of your loss..
