Question Ummmmm!?!

well....Itis is a gurl *lol* her nipples are still there and they are nipples (thank you to everyone who made me think twice about her gender)
but now i have another problem

Josh is absorificallly a boy and i'm wondering if i should let them live in the same cage. i've read in many different places that when gerbils are together they live longer and happier. they seem to like each other and they won't fight when i leave them together and it seems like they want to be together (mate) but the real problem i have is i don't want them to have puppies. i have time and some money but i dont have homes for all the puppies they'll have and i don't know if i really have enough time to find homes. im sure my family will take some of them but i've read that over the course of their lives they can have 30+ puppies! i dont know what their genetics are (and i'm sure that is a negative when ppl are looking for breeders puppies). i've read that i can have josh neutured but i'm not yet sure how much that will cost.

i just want my gerbils to be happy
suggestions as to what i should do will be much appreciated

Weelllll...first off,do not put the male/female together if you don't want babies and if you don;t have the time to find good homes...unless you do get the male neutered.

If possible, why not get another female and male and then that way, each of your gerbs will have a friend and you don;t have to worry about babies!
