Urinary Tract Infection

Im wondering if anyone can tell me how long a UTI infection is likely to last once treatment has started.
I have a 2yr old dwarf hamster and about 2 weeks ago she was starting to get really grumpy etc and wouldn't let us near her, then last week I noticed blood on her - we took her to the vets and they said it was a UTI, she was prescribed antibiotics (Baytril) - this was 9 days ago now, and has been having it twice daily, the bleeding appeared to stop after a few days but since yesterday has started again and is appearing more on her bedding than before.

If its started up again, it could mean that the antibiotics arnt working properly. I would just take her back and see what they say.
