I actually am using the stuff you first posted about LOL and I love it because it doesn't track all over the place which is my main concern, there is not dust and it really does keep odor down. Its also a lot easer to do a complete clean of the litter box because I don't have to scrub down all that silicone clumping stuff out of the box.

we use just plain old tidy cats for multiple cats long lasting odor control and it seems to work really well. we have two boxes that change out about once a week.

I live in a really tiny house so what I did to keep the house smelling fresh is I put the litter box up on a little table near an open window and put a small fan facing the window next to the box. The fan pulls the smell right out before I get a chance to smell it. I change the litter every other day and the cats don't wind having it up high either. I haven't ever had a stinky house yet. Works wonders!
