Droopy eye

The lower eyelid on one of Pippas eyes has gone a bit droopy. She's five and a half now, and it's her only real health problem (she doesn't popcorn anymore, but she's a loving little ball of fluff, has maintained a good weight, is still cheeky, active and loving.)

Is this a common thing? She seems entirely unaffected by it.

Droppy as fatty tissue is coming up or droopy as in just hanging? If the fatty tissue is there it could possibly be pea eye. If not, I really don't know to answer you honestly.

droopy as in it's dropped lower than it used to be. There is tissue visable underneathbut the eyelid has dropped to expose it
