Congrats! They are really cute!!!!

I have used hemp bedding for my rats and really liked it.It is not too expensive either.I normally use aspen and/or YN tho.
I personally don't use carefresh, but thats just me.One of my rats developed an allergy to it and due to the price,I decided just to switch ALL my rats to another bedding at the time and now don't use it at all.Plus to me,it was a tad dusty - I have not used carefresh in yrs,so I have no clue if they changed it up a little.

Anyway have fun with your piggies!

It's going... ok. They are still freaked, and run into their house evrytime I walk. They're quite nervous. The woman told me that their foster mommy told her that they aren't NORMALLY like this and are usually very sweet. Most I can do right now, is give it time.

Guinea pigs are mostly like that. They're very skittish creatures in general. Though they'll probably stop running into their houses every time you walk by, they really won't ever not be afraid of being picked up and the like.
