Piggles CAN be litterbox trained!!

I found an awsome way to litter box trian piggies and I thought I should share it with everyone! Its very simple really... Just put your hay rack above a litter box! Well, now Sunny and Lizzie are potty trained. Im so proud of them! I think Sunnys still a bit scared of the litterbox tho. Silly piggie!

In a world older than ours they move finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethen, they are not underlings; they are other nations caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendor and travail of the earth."

What a great idea, I think that's the only part of piggies I don't like is that they seem to poo EVERYWHERE. My pigs cage may be too small for a litter box, but this sounds like a great idea, maybe I'll give it a try!

Some pigs are very naturally prone to being litterbox trained. We have adopters who free range their pigs in their entire house, and they're perfectly litter trained. However, my pigs in cages have always had their hayracks over their litterboxes, and they go there if they happen to be eating there, but also use the bathroom all over their cages. Some pigs just don't have much of a litterbox instinct.
