Water Bottle Woes

I am so sick of these stupid water bottles... I have spent at least $100 on water bottles alone in the past two years... They work great for a while, and then they just start leaking for no apparent reason. Does anyone else have this problem? Why are they doing this? Any suggestions on what else to use to get water to my babies w/o soaking their bedding? I have a C&C cage for them if that yields any more possible solutions.

I use the 16 oz. glass Lixit bottles and I've not had any problems with leaking. They are easy to sanitize and affordable at $4.75 a piece from Country Boy cages! You won't find a better price in pet stores, even with shipping included.

Once I get the vacuum lock on my bottles they are not bad, however I have several pigs that like to play with their bottles and soak their cages! There is no way to stop them from playing with their bottles and there is no way I will put a bowl in the cage.

Try the lixit bottles and see what you think.

You're welcome! Those glass lixit bottles are great, I use them for my chins, gp's, hammies, and everything else.
