when does a young pig reach their adult weight?

Can anyone tell me at what age does a pig reach their adult weight?

I have 2 piggies - Ginger, about 9 months old, who still seems very small to me. Olly, the male, is about 10-11 months. He is huge! I'm just curious what her average weight should be. She was very sick when I got her as a baby & had lots of strong medication. I wonder if it had any affect on her growth. She gains weight on a regular basis. I believe they both are abyssinians, so I don't think their faces will get as wide as the short haired breeds. Not sure - I'll have to post pictures as soon as I figure out how!

I would think they have reached their adult weights by now! Males are bigger than females, ofen significantly so. Why don't you weigh them and tell us?

I looked back to the weights of the babies that were born here and by 8 and 9 months the girls were at their peak weights. My boar gained a couple more ounces.

Thanks for the info. Ginger is a little over 2 pounds. Olly is about 2.7 pounds - but he was always very long & big, even at a young age. I guess Ginger, because most of her weight is in her bottom, looks really smaller next to him! I expected them to have more of a solid, "brick without edges" look.
