Sorry they are a little darker than I thought they looked on camera.

awww..they are so adorable and fast!
I like the second one, I thought it was funny when one of your rats is trying to climb up the cage and knocking the water bottle about and one of the little ones is trying to catch it and have a drink LOL

Yeah. They kill me. That thing is mass chaos right now. Babies bouncing off the walls and the moms just want out. LOL. Can't say as I blame them.

Uh yeah we have already had some trouble deciding how many and which ones to keep. We had to set a limit cause we just can't afford to keep too many and the genetics on some are iffy as we have discussed. It is difficult but really once they get to that 5th week leading up to that 6 week mark when we will be able to place them they will be more than a handful so it may not be so hard as all that.

Thanks. I wish the video had come out better. It looked great on the back of the camera tried to watch it here and you can barely see anything. Oh well. You can see how they are all over the place though. Adorable little giant ear dumbos.

Yeah interesting enough it's really hard to think about giving them up at week 2 when they start getting patterning and really turning cute, but then by 6 weeks they're everywhere! They eat everything. You have to change the cage constantly! You can't hold on to them at all. And their mommy's are trying to empale themselves on the water bottle just to get away from them, so by then it gets a little easier. You're still happy to keep one, but no so much all of them!
