help please quickly

i got some baby rats on friday and now one of them's feet and tail are all cold, the other ones are pushing her out and she's making that wet noise. i think it was her doing the runny poo's as well. she ate a yogi drop i gave her earlier so she is eating. she climbs up the cage wall and sits on the middle level of the cage and just stays there. she peed all over the top level and her pee really stinks.

i was scared with the others pushing her out because thats what Kim did to Cheryl when she was really sick.

now she's sitting on my lap wrapped in an old fleece.

im gunna take her to the vets tomorrow when i take kim.

any ideas of what might be going on here?
