Question How much?

Well guys my bf has finally moved house and lives across from me i stay in his house EVERY night because the rats are their
Well i was just wondering ..
Because we have moved the house is different and because of that floor time will be difficult but FUN so ..
How long should they be out of their cage for ?
And how many times a day should they it would be really helpful if some1 who knows the right amount of time could help me

They should be out at least 1 hour a day.More is better,unless you have lazy bums! But yeah,the least should be an hour.

As for how many times a day,again at least ONCE.But more is better.I love taking them out for random cuddles even for a few mintues.They get there roaming/play time...but if I am home,they get out for random cuddles throughout the day.

I let mine out once a day for a hour or more, but it depends on what they want to do because after an hour they just go to sleep so I put them back after that

Mine are out usually for one long playtime, then a few shorter ones throughout the day. Like Lisa said, sometimes I just take them out for a quick ride around on my shoulders then put them back. It all depends on if they are awake and looking at me.

I hear that a single rat needs 4 hours of attention a day but if you have 2 rats then you only need an hour but more would always be appreciated by the rats!
