I just have a question about mice...

Are albino mice any friendlier than colored mice, or doesn't it matter at all?

nah... color really doesnt matter and I can say this from experience. Best way to have nice friendly tame mice is to handle them and interact with them as much as possible and have lots of patience, they usually warm up.

The albino gene is just a gene that removes coat color. Technically, 'underneath' the gene, albino mice are actually a color but the gene 'covers' it. All domestic mice are fancy mice no matter their color, but breeding and socialization creates good pet mice.
