Jumpy pregnant mouse?

Is it possible that my pregnant mouse is jumpy because she can feel her babies? She doesn't have any fleas or anything, but she spazzes out every once in awhile while, and it seems like she's being startled by something.

My pregnant does occasionally do this -- some of them, not all. Usually when they are further along, they kind of just jump, like they are being startled. I wouldn't doubt it was from babies, I know when my son kicked in my stomach it shocked me sometimes!

When I had mice, they would do this too all the time.It is normal. It is similar to "popcorning" in guinea pigs and means they are content and happy.
