Question just started suebees (sorta)

i went and looked for suebees ingrediants. i got kashi, total, rolled oats, rainbow rotini, dried fruit, and cheerios. i didnt get any form of soy, i could find any thing but a soy based cerial. should i go back and get it? i didnt get any puffed rice, but i got a box of instant rice... i didnt put it in there tho yet, i was unsure if i should . i didnt mix the dried fruits in there i will used them as treats and they get fresh fruits and veggies for snacks alot. i didnt get any sunflower seed cause i am mixing suebees with the current food i was using and it has alot of seeds.

well suebee lives near where I used to and we had a grocery store called Wegmans, that has a HUGE bulk foods section (even for health foods like raw and roasted soy nuts) so that's where she normally gets hers from.. a soy based cereal is ok, and usually in natural foods section of grocery stores they have roasted soy nuts. sometimes they have raw.. another idea is getting a block of tofu and just keep it refridgerated/frozen and cut small cubes out of it whenever you want to use it

I use a variation of MY own version.. since I've met her years and years ago and we've all been doing this forever now. usually we just mix in whatever is in the bulk food section at the time. I avoid dry fruit though... mostly because I use a variation of the rat mix for my spiny mice (except I add totally ferret or kitten food, and mealworms or crickets with it), and there's too much natural sugar in fruit for the spiny mice to have..

also sunflower seeds are VERY fattening so I'd use them with caution anyway
