Well when novo starts to get excited he like jumps and popcorns and skips but like he shakes his head like hes irritated and so does toto but novo does it the most its like a little shake then jump LOL its cute but is this normal behavior ?

Also is it ok for rats to eat like flies and moths LOL ?
Cause toto caught one tonight and ate it i was so stunned i was like shocked but amazed at the same time LOL

Mine do the same thing with flies, gnats, moths, and I've never had a problem. I just watch out for things like bees, wasps, and spiders that could hurt them.

Yes that's a normal behavior. And when I lived in my old apartment, roaches were part of my rats daily diet... I think I may have gotten a few as well. That place was disgusting.

I bought meal worms for my rats once but I didn't get a chance to give them to them because I left them at my friends house in another state

I was reading about this somewhere else. I was unaware of this. My wife may have told me about it but I don't remember. I find it a little odd that they eat reptile food. Or that is how I have always thought of it. It makes a certain amount of sense though. I mean thinking about the places where they live and how they travel when they do. It just makes sense that they would eat bugs as well. I am sure some of them are quite nutritional too. They say many of them are for humans as well. Though well I get plenty of nutrition from tasty food currently. Anyway that is kind of cool.
