My new Ratties - Pictures!

I'm very new to this forum, and just got my first rats on Friday . I'm already starting to fall in love with them, they're just so sweet.

Although I did just get them both, I am a little worried because they have been sneezing a bunch. Is that normal? Sprouts has stopped sneezing as much since I got her, but the other one is sneezing A LOT. No runny eyes or nose.

This is Sprouts, she is a Dumbo, and just is SO nosy. She loves to explore, and as soon as I open up the cage she is jumping up on it.

And this is my other one who my boyfriend named, Dr. Robotnik haha. She's very quiet, doesn't mind being held, but will just sit there. She does have her spurts of energy though when you hold her/in her cage. She is a standard ear.

it could be because they are in fish tanks also rats should not be in fish tanks as tank do not give good ventilation for rats and in turn can make them sick by smelling their urine/fesses even if you clean it everyday. (im only going by what i see in your picture.)

also when a rat goes to their new homes they always are smelling new smells in turn makes them sneeze just a bit more also witch would go away after a week or two once its use to his/her new home smells.

You need a cage!
That could be making them sneeze even more.
But also as the other poster said ^^
Its normal to have new home sneezes.

Thanks guys! I got them a new cage. It actually extends on top of the aquarium so they have lots and lots of levels, and are spending most of the time of all of their levels.
