One red eye and a biten neck

I have two rattys one of six months and one that is nine months.
The nine month old has one red eye (porphrine) and a bitten neck where the younger rat is taking chunks of fur - not all the time I must add.
He is eating ok and acting normally.
He does seem to be cleaning his downstairs quite alot more than normal - but that maybe just a coinsidence.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like the younger one might be barbering the older rat...aggressively over-grooming him/her and the poryphin is not really a good sign. That could be from stress the older one is suffering from due to the younger one barbering, or it could be a separate sign of illness. Do you have a small animal/exotic vet you can call about this?
