Photos! My ratties are finally here!!

I went and picked them up this morning!!! Their names are Glinda and Elphaba for those of you who haven't read the other thread. Those are the names from the Wicked musical (Witches side of Wizard of Oz). Well, they are skittish still, Glinda more so. Alphie (for short) is just a lil crazy, adventurous thing. BUT I'm worried. My mom said not to panick cuz she could just be getting used to her new environment and everything, but she's sneezing a lot. I'm just gonna wait a few days and see how she does. They lovveeee their cage so much!! They've been in lil glass aquariums for their whole lives and I'm so happy to rescue them and give them a proper life! Well, here are my girls!

Alfie!!

Sniffin' the camera! haha

And my lil Glinda (she's WAY tinier than Alfie!)

And here's both of them cuddlin'.

CongRATS!
They are really cute.

However they will be a little nervous, since this is a whole new enviroment they need to get used to.And some sneezing is normal when rats go to new enviroments.

Good luck!

They're getting better. I moved their cage out of the closet cuz I wanted to see if they would feel less intimidated if they were up higher...I'll post newer pics as they are starting to be adventurous and find all the lil hiding places...Glinda LOVES the lil mouse ball in the corner of the cage! Alphie for some reason just likes to lay in a corner...haha. They are now on a big shelf are I have in my room and they're doing so much better...They're starting to feel much more comfortable...Alfie's still sneezing tho...
