Random mouse squeaking?

So, I'm sitting at the computer (the mices cages are right next to me) and I hear this squeaking. So I find out that it's Eddie. So I take his hidey house off of him and sit him in my lap and he is constantly squeaking. Is he just talking to me? Or what? lol idk.. he's stopped now, though.

my name is Jonni,
i'm weird for making my username

Hm, that's weird! Maybe he was talking to David in the other cage?
Usually it means they're in pain, but it doesn't seem like it so he was probably just talking. (:

Yeah, he coulda been talking to david lol. He Definatley know's that there's another mouse. Their cages were next to each other and they'd climb the bars and just look at eachother lol. But now Davids cage is on top of his because Eddies is to big and it takes up the whole table.

He's acting his normal mouse self, so I guess alls well.

Winston squeaks a lot and I think he is talking to me as he has no other mouse friends He seems really healthy and happy and eats and runs around all the time plus will come to me for a cuddle when I put my hand in so I don't think he is in pain or ill. Maybe just making conversation

Id say its him letting you know hes happy, and comfortable with his surroundings. After about 2 months, my first rat Saskia, would happily sit on my shoulder twitching and making clucking sounds right next to my ear.
