Should i be worried?

ok so I am a worry-wart but... Louna has been waking up with dried poryphrin around her eyes the past 2 days.
Does that occasionaly happen and it's ok or is it the start of something?
Her nose isn't runny, no dried poryphrin there, no discharge of any kind. And she doesn't sneeze more than she usually does.

Is it normal for rats to get poryphrin crusts when they wake up?

What colour are Louna's eyes? Red/ruby or pink? Lighter eyed rats are more prone to porph around the eye. Does she clean up her eyes after a nice grooming and its gone for the day? If so, don't worry, its normal
