Unhappy Stinky black scabs/lumps around Husky's man-parts

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted a thread on here, but I really need some advice.
Husky doesn't seem to clean himself around his genetal area, so I've been trying to clean it for him with wet wipes, however it's very difficult because he doesn't like me doing it.
Just recently and very suddenly, Husky got one black scabby lump just above his penis. I've been cleaning it more often despite Husky trying to get away but there's been no improvment. This evening, I noticed a second scab- right next to the other and it was also seeping blood. I don't mean to sound horrible but they have a smell that is really putrid
I don't know what they are? Why they've turned up or how to get rid of them/ help them to go and make Husky more comfortable? Should I take him to the vets?
It is painful for Husky when I touch it, which is slightly worrying because I know how well rats can hide pain. If you want to know, Husky is coming up to be 2 years old and any other info, feel free to ask!
If you know anything, it would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance,
Nikita xx

Ouch, poor Husky.

I'm not sure what that is, but I would take him to a vet.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I hope he's feeling better soon.

Hmm, sounds almost like an ulcerated sore, but I not sure I think he needs a vet

It sounds like if it's leaking blood and stinks, his body is trying to get rid of some sort of infection any way it can, :/

First thought for me on any smelly wound is that it's infected. He should be checked out by a vet.
