What is this mouse?!

I got a new mouse today, but as usual the pet store can't really tell me anything about it.
Was wondering if anyone knew what kind it could be, or is it a totally normal mouse, just... different looking?
She's bigger then my adult mice, but she almost seems younger. Just the way she acts, you know?

Her tail is shorter and fatter, and totally hairless and smoother as opposed to how the others tails feel.

Her paws are chubby too! I tried to get a picture of it, but she was moving too much and then my battery died.
But they seem chubbier then most mice feet.

She is also a lot softer then the others...

So..
Anyone have any ideas??
This is a picture of her with an adult mouse...

Im not an expert, but it looks a tiny bit baby-rattish to me too. Whatever it is, the ways its face looks gives it a really young appearance, IMO
Its pretty cute tho!

Oh. pfft. sorry, it's the brown one I'm talking about.
I don't THINK it's a rat... I have a baby rat currently, and they don't really look alike.
I can get more pictures, I'm just searching for my battery charger. :s
I'll take more ASAP...

To Rodentopia, what do you mean a multi?

Hrm... Maybe!
See the reason why I automatically assumed MOUSE, was because well, the petstore was selling them with mice. My husband went to pick up a new female mouse, and said this one was in with a bunch of 'normal looking mice'. He said there was 2 others like this, they were both males...

I didn't have much of a chance to look her over, as my son was up and he's only 14 months, can't really hold rodents for too long when he's around.

I've looked her over some more, and took another picture.

I'm beginning to really think she's a rat... She's got those 'rat eyes', y'know? lol.
The baby rat that I have, [that I KNOW is a rat] is a rex rat, so when she was a baby baby, she was pretty hairless. So maybe I was thrown off by the fact that this one doesn't look much like the other...

So here's another picture...

Her tempermant is unlike mice I've had too. She's extremly calm...

And she's in with a mouse right now. :S
They are getting along fine, but I assume that would change, when she gets bigger if she is a rat, and I left them together...right?

So... I think she's a Vole!
Here are some links to pictures of voles..

I'm kind of sad if it is a vole.. their lifespan is 3-6 months.

Certainly does look like a vole, but i'd be shocked if it is!

Not sure about in the US but here in the UK voles are protected, if someones selling them it should be reported!

Well I believe she is a domestic mix, probably had been bred with something else somewhere down the line.

I'm in Canada, there are voles everywhere! I don't see how there can be any protection laws on them...
There's a ton even in my backyard! ^__^
