Yay!

So tonight I introduced all 4 of my girl mice on neutral ground and they took to eachother instantly! No scuffs AT ALL...I feel lucky lately, because my male rats took to eachother with no scuffing or fighting and now my female mice took to eachother like that.

I let them run around a small animal carry case for awhile together (got some pics which I will post later) and then I wanted to see what would happen if I introduced the babies and well Keela and Sorcha took to them easy too and Siobhan didn't seem to mind.

So I cleaned out the 33 gallon and put the 4 girls in it (and the babies) and well so far so good.Everyone is getting along super well!
Why is it this easy for me? Not that I am complaining! Normally when introducing rats and mice,I have at least a few little scuffles...but not with my current rats and my current mice!

Great news Lisa. Perhaps they know you are going through coca cola withdrawal and want to ease your suffering Hurray for the easy life. Winston seems to have fallen out with me for some reason

He won't come fully onto my hand anymore when I put it in his cage, he'll put his front paws on grab the treat and run away. He also runs away from me and hides in his den when I try and put my hand in without a treat He used to be such a cuddly mouselet.

Do you think maybe while you were away something like a loud noise could have scared him? Do you have anyother pets like cats that could have gotten up to take a look at him and scared him like axsodentaly maybe?
Keep working with him he'll come around. Do you wash your hands befor you play with him it could be the smell of something on your hands he dont like or maybe he dont like the smell of the soap you use. They can be funny critters.
So is every one still cuddely and cozy vanilla? I'm gald they all got along so greatly and took to one another so nicely. You'll have to get more pics of them up they are such cutties.

I think you are in the wrong place buddy.
You are the weirdest cat I ever seen.
Now matter how big or small wierd or normal we or animals may be we can learn to love and get along and love is what makes it all worth wild. Becuase Beautie is in the eye of the beholder an no one is ugly or more prettyer then anything eals we are all equal. There are some ugly people and things but that is becuase man kind makes them this way do to thier actions.

Today I managed to lure him out with a chocolate drop and he sat with me for a while but then pooed on me twice as if to show his disapproval, he never used to poo on me I can't think that there would have been a noise while I've been out. We live in a top floor flat with no other animals than Winst. I hope he is just grumpy because it's so cold. He has been in his snuggle pouch mostly lately. Even with the heating on it's freezing brrrrrrrrrr!
