Chin ate Tinactin cream

Hello my chin ate Tinactin cream that I put on his skin to help with his fungus problem. I noticed that he ate it and bit/ate the fur around where I put it on him. I didn't notice this until a day later so he ate allot of Tinactin.

What should I do? Will he be able to digest the Tinactin cream?

I was reading the warning on it, and it says even humans shouldn't ingest it, or get it near their mouths, as it can result in mouth swelling and a load of other different medical issues. I'd say to be safe, get him to the vet.... Now.

You should never use anything like that, with out consulting your vet.
Just because it can be used on humans, dosen't mean it can be used on animals. Some things we eat are toxic to chinchillas, and some things chinchillas eat are toxic to us.

If it's fungus, this powder will kill it:
5 grams of sulphur
10 grams of babypowder
It sould be used for 1 kilogram of sand

Only use it for about a week or two. If it doesn't help by then, you need to check with your vet.
