Dust in eye

Our little guy seems to have gotten some dust from his bath in his eye the other night, it won't open all the way and it's wet around it. Should we take him to the vet? Or does anyone else have any other idea that can be done?

it might be infected, i would guess that the vet is the best way to to

Oh that is a serious thing...some time it may create scratch in the lenses...
