Feeding? Healthy appetite?

I was wondering if my chin's appetite is healthy. I feed them (I have 2) pellets in the evening (about 4tbsp total) and I always put hay in their bowl when I see it empty. However, it seems to always be empty. They can go through about 5oz in a day sometimes. I know they aren't supposed to over eat but that seems a bit much. So I was just wondering if I should limit their food or just keep doing what I've been doing and fill it whenever it's empty. There also seems to be a ton of excrement (I clean their cage daily) and I didn't know if that was a result of them eating so much. I also give each of them one rose hip a day, a fresh stick or chew a day, and a treat every few days. Any advice would be appreciated!

You cant give too much hay. so if that is your concern, its unwarranted!! but as far as the pellets 2 tbsp is plenty per chin per day.
