Introducing Chinchillas

I just recently got a new 5 month old male chinchilla and went through the process of introducing him to my 10 month old chinchilla. I currently have them in the same cage and they seem to get along. There really is no fighting or fur flying but I feel like there is still a little bullying going on and some dominance issues despite the fact that they seem to get along fine. I've done this with prior chinchillas and they were cuddling and playing within a week. These two are a little different and I can't completely tell how things are going. How do I make sure that one isn't bullying the other and sort of help the bonding process along?

If they are okay now, just leave them for a couple of hours (while you are in the same room).
If all is well after a couple of hours you should be fine.

Yes. They are both males. They seem better now. Cuddling more and no incidents.
