its getting hot

ok well i live in las vegas now and we all know how it can get hot fast and befor it gets to hot i would like to ask if you guys know any ways to keep them cool other then ac
i have put ice bottle in there but i dont think it will be all that well

plzzzzzz help me as much as you can

You can pick up some marble tiles at a hardware store, and put them in the cage for your chin to lay on. They stay nice and cool

Unfortunately in a climate like Las Vegas you're basically going to have to have AC to keep a chinchilla from overheating!

Oh, I thought they said in addition to AC...
But yeah, you do definatly need AC! Chinnies dont tolerate temps over 80*F very well... You dont want to risk heat stroke.
