Yep

Males can become sexual mature as young as 3 months, so he's just about there.
But it might just be that he want's to dominate her.

You need to separate them right away. He's way to young to breed...

Why is he this exactly?

I can't seam to find any evidence as to why you can't breed the male as young as you want to.

I would never do it before he's at least the size of the female. But other than that?

One reason is as a baby you cannot have possibly established quality. You may be able to see some flaws and some good aspects but you cannot see how the fur will be. It is just best to wait until the male is old enough that you are sure he is the quality you want to breed

I good breeder only breeds good quality chins. They breed to maintain the quality and health of future chins... If you breed pet store chins they have a higher risk for having major health problems later in life... Due to being in bred or poor quality lines...

Okay that was quite rude...

I breed, and I do not breed show animals, but my animals are still good quality. They just don't look like bricks...

Wasn't trying to be rude.. You took what I said the wrong way.. I never said breeders only breed show quality animals.. most breeders i know breed to improve the quality of chins not to show them.. Most breeders I know sell their chins to pet only homes...

I don't think anyone was trying to be rude..it is the truth though a good breeder breeds to improve not just to breed. Show or not it is pointless to breed when you are not trying to improve the breed. To be honest My personal opinion is anyone not trying to improve quality with their breeding is a backyard breeder. Just my personal opinion and I am not saying that is what you are.
