Random panic attacks

One of my Chinnie girls Luna keeps having random "panic attacks" she will be sittin on her shelf seemingly asleep then will suddenly go atthe top of her voice "UH UH UH UH UHHHH" its a really wierd noise and can be heard all across the house.... scares the jeebies out of me when she does it in the middle of the night!!! is this normal behaviour? what does this noise mean?? my other girl is silent never makes a single noise!

It's an alarm call.
Something scares her. It could be a noise, or she could simply just be dreaming something.
Some times they may call out if they hurt them selves on some thing.

Some of them just do this
If you've had them for a long time, and it's something she's resonantly started on, you might want to find out if there's been any changes lately

Did you get both animals at the same time?
If not, are they living together?

It might just be because everything is new, and she does not feel safe yet.

One of the best things about chins is that each one is different. Each has their own personality. Some are more vocal than others.
