No name yet.
I am a ferret lover big time. I have had ferrets before. My last ferret would escape out of her cage and attack my daughter when she was sleeping. I had a freind over one and she got out and grabed his thigh and would not let go. We found out she had brain damage and this is what caused the awfull behavior. My daughter was terrified of ferrets so I waited untill she got older so she would understand what happend. She is five so she agreed she would like to get another ferret.

I'm glad 1 bad experience didn't turn you away from them! They are such sweet animals and so much fun to have... but they of course do require patience (they are usually more obstinant as a kit, but as they grow older they do mellow out)
How is your daughter doing with him so far??
