I'm glad that you like your new neighbor. Neighbors can make living somewhere either bad or good. I'm fortunate to have good neighbors.

well 2 neighbors seem nice, others wave. I guess when we have kids are social group will change mor. For now we are so much younger with out alot in common (On the outside) Plus I can be shy talking to new people!
