It can take some time to have your glider bond with you...... it took my first glider about four months to finally start to come around and let me pet / hold her and I am still working on one of my four gliders.
I would suggest that you carry them around your neck in a bonding pouch that has a zipper on it and that you let them lick baby food off your finger..... most important: make sure you invest in a tent for play time with them at least every other night.
Most of all just take it slow and at the pace your gliders are willing to at..... oh another suggestion - pull up a chair at their cage when they are up at night and place your arm in their cage and let them climb on you and check out your scent without you petting them.
I have even just set around with my hand in their pouch as they slept during the day - they feel me and smell my scent with out to much fear.
