Otters?
So I'm not looking to own an otter.
But a friend of mine has a lifelong dream of "meeting" one and being able to pet and interact with an otter(s).
Does anyone know where in the Midwest (IL, MI, WI, IN) I could look for this type of experience without possible having to drop a few hundred per person at a zoo "meet and greet?".
