Question advise please

Hi Guys and Girls,

I need some help on a diet. One of my buns is looking a little slim, He is on the same daily diet as the reast and they are all in great shape except him. Thier daily diet is a cup of pellets, some veggies (everyday varies), a slice of wholegrain bread and they graze all day as they are not caged during the day also i ad vitamins to thier water just incase they are not getting enough in the food they drink.

some help please..

What kind of pellets? The reason why I ask is because I have one that lost weight when she ate a certain brand of pellets. Don't know why she just did.

Although the bread shouldn't cause rabbits to lose weight I would stop feeding it...it isn't good for them. I'm sure a small piece as a treat once in a blue moon is alright but not a whole slice.

What kind of hay and pellets do you feed? And has the bunny had a check up? There are many things that could cause weight loss...and some of them are serious .

he is wormed regually and vet checked every so often um the pellets i get are from a animal food wholesaler i have used for a long time. I didn't know bread was bad for my buns as the person i bought most of them from told me that its really good for them and i just rolled with that (oops).

the thing that gets me is why are my other buns in great health and not him.
