Bailee Sneezing?

Bailee has been sneezing off and on since yesterday. It seems to only happen when he sniffs the carpet, hay, and litter. Is this just allergies or is there something I should be concerned about? Any advise will be appreciated!

I would keep an eye on him. Sometimes it will be nothing, just a rabbit trying to clear his nose. It happens to my rabbit when I get to the end of the bag of hay and there are all those small particles mixed in. If you notice a change in appitite, behavior or if you notice a wet nose and can see mucus (this is also accompanied by them rubbing their faces a lot) then I would get him checked out.

I've never kept rabbits, but like with any animal, keep an eye out for signs of respiratory infection if he's sneezing.
Have a look on the internet about symptoms.
If you are in any doubt, see your vet immediately.

Bailee doesn't have watery eyes, runny nose, or discharge. I'm completely confused. Someone told me it could be allergies. Is this possible?

I'm sure it is possible, but from what I've read it's very rare.
The best thing you can do is see your vet, just to rule out an URTI.

How long has she been like this?

What do you use for litter? He might be allergic to it.

I use carefresh. Is there a better litter to use?

That's usually a great litter but I have heard of a couple cases where rabbits were allergic to the dust. It's pretty rare but you could try using something like Yesterday's News (unscented original texture).

Or is the hay maybe dusty? What brand is it?

The hay itself isn't bad but I know that brand can be pretty dusty when you get down towards the bottom. So maybe you can try shaking out the dust before giving him the hay? It's worth a shot .

Either way, I hope it's something simple and harmless.
