Exclamation Bleeding? HELP!!!

My babs has orange on her bottom and her back paws!! i think shes bleeding but i cant find a wound! she doesn't act like shes hurt!!! and i never saw this before! she was sitting on my be and i saw it on my covers! should i take her to the vet!!! please help!!!!!!

She probably just peed. Their pee can range in color,

More like rust-color. It's happened before to mine. I'm not sure what you're feeding to result in it, but yeah - it can be food related.

Has she eaten any carrots lately? Carrot juice on white bunny paws looks ALOT like blood. Smudge gets veggie juice every where and even on the walls when he eats his salad, and to any one else, it would look like a massacre took place in his cage!
Rabbit pee can also be red, and it looks alot like blood. She could have peed on your bed or in her cage and stepped in it.

Akina used to pee red when she was fat. I dunno what she ate that Acacia didnt which would cause her pee to turn but yea.. Diet.
