Breed with sweetest disposition

I'm looking at a rescue and they have several breeds. I was just wondering if there is a certain breed known for it's sweet disposition.

Dutch, Rex, Mini Rex, Polish

the only one i know about is rex. i have a mini rex and she's the swetest thing you'll ever come across. everybody who meets her falls in lovewith her b/c she cuddles up and licks you and has the softest fur ever. good luck with your choice, all bunnies deserve that extra chance

This is really cliche but it depends on the rabbit mostly. But speaking generally, I've heard (Mini) rex and lionheads are very docile.

Ive always had Dutch, and theyre the sweetest things ever! <3
I think it depends on the individual rabbit more tho. For all breeds, there are some that are cute and lovable, and others can be rather crabby. Good luck finding a bun!

I'd say go meet them and base your decision more on their individual personalities then on what breeds they are. I have had and have rabbits of certain breeds that do not have the personality type that they are said to have.

The friendliest rabbit I ever had was a netherland dwarf, even though they are often described as one of the most grumpy breeds. I also have a lionhead, which are said to be calm and friendly, that hates and runs from most people.

Remember that if you get a baby or a rabbit that isn't fixed, their personalities can change when they become adults or hormones kick in.

I agree with Dragonrain - go meet them. Also, adult bunnies have already developed their personalites and you know what you are getting. We adopted 2 bunnies that were 3-4 months old - and they are not friendly at all. We then adopted an adult bun - who is very sweet with me. We were then given another adult bun - who LOVES everyone and seems especially fond of kids - even if they are wild. I am really not sure of any of their breeds. It is really important that you "click" with the bunny.
I just read a story about a bun on petfinder. Hier mom went to meet several bunnies and this bunny licked the womans hand and binkied after meeting the woman. The bunny picked her new mom not the other way around.

I've always heard great things about Holland Lops and that's what my Ella is. She is EXTREMELY loving and playful.
