You can give them a brown paper bag to play in. They love it and enjoy tearing it up. Also you could give them a small ball, a bit smaller than a basket ball, my guys love playing with it. I hope that helps. Just be sure not to use plastic bags, or balls made of foam.

Mine love tearing up papers. The House Rabbit Handbook says its safe to give them newspapers or a phonebook to tear up. They also love playing with towels or blankets. I have a cat carrier with a big towel in it, and my girl bun will sit in there for a half an hour playing and tearing at the towel. They also like to go in things and jump on top of things, so you could make them some little playhouses with carboard boxes. The bag idea is good too. They just love stuff they can chew and tear up. Some bunnies like to play with plastic cat toys, like jingle balls. Hope this gives you a few ideas.

Steph said it all!! Be creative!! Anything they can tear up, jump into or onto, toss around etc. is great! Put a couple of pebbles in a plastic bottle that they can roll around...give them a plastic lid to throw in the area...just make sure everything gets thoroughly washed before you give it to them so they don't ge tpoisoned!

Baby Plastic Keys, Hard plastic Cat balls, Tuna cans(or another can similar size) that have been sanded or opened with a safety can type opener and washed, Big Coffee cans again sanded and washed and both ends open are ok for smaller rabbits, Hard plastic or metal measuring cups, Wiffle Balls, Hanging Bird Toys on Rope, Golf balls, Canning rings, Pinecones (wash them and microwave to kill bugs), Metal Measuring spoons, Sterilized bottle caps from laundry detergent bottles. Keep an eye out that toys are still in good condition and sanitary.

Another thing I do is get some brown lunch bags and fill them with hay and other edible treats and toys (e.g balls etc) and then tie it at the top with string and cut a few slits in it and hang it from the top of the cage. Bunny pinata!!!

My bunny doesnt like many toys at all. Not even chew toys made of wood. I can get him to play with toilet paper rolls once in a while, he likes chewing the cardboard apart! Give it a try!

Mine also like cardboard cup holders from fast food resteraunts...they will tear them up, throw them around and flat out have a ball with them! Towels are fun to try to destroy, paper bags, cat toys, baby toys, balls of all sizes, and the pinatas that Catherine suggested.
